We provide advice, guidance, and practical assistance, while organising physical, educational, and community-based programmes that help young people build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential. Our aim is to empower them to participate in society as independent, mature, and responsible individuals, while also advancing education, reducing unemployment, and promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. Through inclusive activities and targeted support, Rize and Reach also works to improve quality of life for individuals facing challenges linked to youth, age, disability, poverty, or difficult social and economic circumstances. Our programmes offer recreational and leisure opportunities that encourage connection, growth, and social welfare, helping people build stronger futures and healthier lives. In addition, Rize and Reach is committed to promoting social inclusion among elderly people who may feel isolated due to age or disability. We support older members of the community through outings, social trips, recreational opportunities, and volunteer visits that provide companionship and help relieve loneliness. By creating opportunities for connection and belonging, we aim to help older people remain active, valued, and integrated within society.

Rize and Reach is a charity dedicated to supporting young people up to the age of 25 living in Wales and Southwest England.

“Wesley delivered a powerful and honest talk that truly resonated with our students. His willingness to share his lived experience alongside his journey through rugby created a meaningful conversation about choices, resilience, and the importance of early intervention.”
